If you are not satisfied with the product you received, contact your seller irina.mozelova[at]gmail.com

In case if you received the damaged or bad quality product you can get the refund. But you should prove that you have received the products being damaged. This is why, please, send us few photos of the product and the video when you are opening the package.

The bad quality product is supposed to be broken one or damaged. It should be also matching with the description on the website. The  colors  of the product may  be a little different from  the screen  colors. Please, take it into account.
